12mm Original Perfect Sphere Carbide Bit and screw for the Perfect Sphere® Systems

This is the 12mm cutter for all original Perfect Sphere models shipped or purchased February 2020 and before. Carbide replacement bit for the Carter Perfect Sphere® systems provides a super sharp edged tool. Compared to high speed steel this bit will last 20-30 times longer and since the bit is round all that is needed to return to sharp is a rotation of the cutter head. Once the entire head is dulled it can simply be replaced with a new bit with the turn of one screw.

The replacement bit comes complete with one Carbide bit and new torx screw.

For the Perfect Sphere Cutter, the replacement size depends on the diameter of the cutter currently installed on your tool. Simply measure the cutter you have: if it’s 6 mm, you’ll need the 6 mm replacement; if it’s 12 mm, you’ll need the 12 mm replacement. These two cutter sizes are not interchangeable.
